All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Membership Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
If you enroll in a membership program:
• You authorize recurring charges according to the selected billing cycle (for example, monthly), as displayed at the time of purchase.
• Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Cancellation will stop future billing.
Access to membership content will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which access will terminate unless otherwise stated.
No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Digital Access and License
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not:
• Share login credentials
• Distribute, reproduce, or resell materials
• Upload course content to public platforms
• Use materials for commercial purposes
Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and applicable regulations.
Subject to applicable law, a customer may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from receipt of transaction details, whichever is later.

The notice must include your full name and sufficient details of the transaction.
Where permitted by law, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
Access to digital content that has already been delivered or accessed may limit refund eligibility as permitted by law.
Membership cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law.
Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Use the website in any unlawful manner
• Interfere with website security
• Copy or distribute Content without permission
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All Content, branding, logos, materials, and designs are owned by or licensed to My Princess Life.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.
